FAQ
How do I make reservations?
We take reservations online through OpenTable. If you do not see availability for your desired party size, please try another date. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
Can I call or direct message on Instagram to make reservations?
We do not take reservations through DM’s. You can call or email if you need to make adjustments to an already existing reservation.
How long is my reservation window?
For groups of 4 or less we allow for a 2-hour seating. For groups larger than 4 we allow for 2.5 hours.
Can I book a large group?
The largest table we take is 8 guests. For tables of 6 or more we require a credit card to hold the reservation. If you are interested in a larger table or a buyout, please submit your inquiry here. Separate reservations may not be combined to accommodate groups. Please include children and infants in the party size.
What is the cancellation policy?
For tables smaller than 6 guests, please just try to give as much advance notice as possible. For tables of 6 or more, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or any adjustments to the party size. Cancellations or no-shows beyond the cancellation window will result in a fee of $25 per guest. If you are going to be late, please call.
Do you allow Walk-ins?
Yes, we do allow walk-ins, but reservations are highly recommended, especially for weekends. We don’t reserve our bar seats and they are available nightly for walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you offer corkage?
Yes we do. Our corkage fee is $60 per 750ml bottle.
Can we bring our own dessert?
No. We do not allow any outside food or drink in the restaurant.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate almost all allergies and dietary restrictions. Please specify any restrictions when making your booking and our staff can guide you when you are in-house. Due to the nature of our constantly changing menu, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
Can you explain the Come Over for Dinner menu?
This is our version of a “tasting menu”. A selection of seasonal dishes offered for the table. 3 courses / 4 courses or 5 courses served family style.
Do we have to order the Come Over for Dinner menu ahead of time?
No this can be chosen night of. One of our team members can walk you through all the details when you arrive.
Can you tell us what is on the Come Over for Dinner menu?
Due to the ever-changing nature of our menu, we don’t release the details ahead of time. The menu evolves with the seasons and changes based on the size of the party.
Is The Springwood wheelchair accessible?
We have a ramp and access into the restaurant is accessible. But we do not have fully accessible washrooms.
Do you offer take-out or delivery?
No. We are a dine-in restaurant and due to the nature of our menu we feel our dishes are best enjoyed in the dining room.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have ample parking for all of our guests in the front of the restaurant.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards can be purchased in the restaurant any day we are open after 1pm. If you cannot physically make it to the restaurant, please email us and we can arrange alternate ways to get or deliver the gift card.
